NEW LETTING IN WOMBOURNE VILLAGE

Acting on behalf of a private property company, Sellers Chartered Surveyors have let a new shop of 500 sq.ft. NIA approx. at Yew Tree Court to Kenchez Hair Salon.  The Wombourne Salon is one of three Kenchez Salons in the local area.  

HAINGE PARK....DONE AND DUSTED!

Acting on behalf of Revelan Group plc, Sellers Chartered Surveyors have completed deals on three new units at Hainge Park, Tividale which is now fully occupied.  Unit 5 of 2,821 sq.ft. was let to The Foil Specialist Company Limited.  Unit 6/7 of 5,000 sq.ft. was sold to Johnson Test Papers and Unit 8/9 of 5,000 sq.ft. was let to Patriot International.

Matthew Pearcey of Sellers comments "the fact that the remaining three units were taken up within a relatively short timescale reflects the good specification, height and security the units and estate offered".
